We're Still Here: Frisco
We’re Still Here: Frisco is an on-going project dedicated to San Francisco's Natives, its diverse communities, and its unity. As a queer Latina woman, I want to highlight that it’s important for me to stay connected to the community that I grew up in and identify with by documenting events that bring the folks of Frisco together. As a Photographer, the mission in my work is to include, uplift, and give a voice to people that have often been marginalized and underrepresented in society. San Francisco has always been a resilient city, through organizing, protests, community events, block parties, ride outs, and more. This project is my stand in solidarity with the city that made me. I am still here, we're still here: Frisco.
